Alright, so we are down to three PCs, this means I need to find three new players. Which brings me to the next point.
It is very tough to have a coherent story when we keep losing players. Since the start of this campaign we have lost 7 players. The way I see it we have two options.
1- I go out and find three new players and we throw them in the game.
2-We reboot start a new game, new world etc at level 1 and hope we get a few players that end up being dedicated.
Opinions?

Copying from other thread.
Current Options I can see:
1) Recruit, Stabilize, and move on. Take a week or two break, recruit new players, and try to solidify things
2) New Time/Day. If Krusks main problem is timing, a different day or perhaps an earlier time (check with everyone else), May fix it for him. This would fix our base of 'four players' and potentially make bolstering our ranks more a swaying fifth then a needed fourth.
3) When all else fails, Restart. New Plot, New Team, Different area of the world. Leave the fey to the Adventurer's guild, something else happens somewhere else and a new group is left to deal with it.
4) We like our current quest, but our teams not up to snuff. Perhaps its time we allow/ask for a Total Party Kill. Restart at same xp, maybe higher, maybe lower. New recruits sent to take over where the others left off?
5) Bigger group. If you toss in things like off days, dissapearing players, so on and so forth. Maybe when we re-recruit we need to aim for 6 players, not 5. That way if two dissapear, we can still have viable games. This also allows players when not feeling up to it, to pass.
6) Any other idea's? I'm just rambling now.

Definitely going to aim for six players no matter what happens.
Also I am up for starting an hour earlier if everyone else is? I don't know if that will help much, but it won't hurt.

Well, if we DO start anew, I would like to continue with the configuration I have now, as I'm new to Sorcerer and would like to continue exploring it's possibilities. That said, I (as a newer party member) have to admit that starting with a new story would make it a little easier for me to fully understand what's going on. *blush* I still have a hard time keeping up with some of the stuff going on. lol. A bigger group will help, I am all for that. If we can start an hour earlier (thus end an hour earlier) I would LOVE that! lol I'm in the same time-zone as Krusk was, and also need to be awake at 6am. So ending at 3, getting to sleep at 4 and waking up at 6 was beginning to take it's tole. HOWEVER this has been my favourite campaign played to date (save the KotS I am playing in person), so I'm willing to make the small sacrifice in the end. lol All in all I am okay with continuing, would be happy with restarting, and adore the possibility of an extra hours sleep Wednesday nights.

My feeling is that restarting would be the best option. Since Dmonkey is fairly new and we would have to bring in 3 new people.
If we did do a reboot it would be a different setting and I would start all of you at leve,l 3 and just level you up quickly to level 7 or so.

Like I told you in IM, I vote for starting at 5. Halfway into heroic seems more solid. Also if we're pushing quickly to 7, while it may make us a bit strong for 5, maybe we should base our gear as if we were level 7's when choosing magic items. That would make it so you don't have to worry about rewards much until we catch up?
